Dance for Parkinson’s classes– Run by Parkinson’s UK, Kendal Support Group. Wednesday’s 1.30pm-2.45pm at the Beck Centre, Kendal with neurophysiotherapist and Dance for Parkinson’s specialist, Daphne Cushnie. Daphne has been developing and teaching her classes for many years and I am honoured to work alongside her.
